Job Description

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT is currently searching for an experienced Executive General Manager, Finance to join the team.

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (\xe2\x80\x9cLREIT\xe2\x80\x9d) is a Singapore real estate investment trust listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), established with the principal investment strategy of investing, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of stabilised income-producing real estate assets located globally, which are used primarily for retail and/or office purposes.

LREIT is managed by Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (\xe2\x80\x9cthe Manager\xe2\x80\x9d) and this role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance functions of the Trust and the Manager.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage, develop and oversee the implementation of financial strategies, providing technical guidance and monitoring delivery in alignment with the broader organisation vision and objectives.

Ownership of treasury management ensuring a sustainable framework to optimise cash flow.

Ensure continuous improvement of end-to-end processes to deliver efficiency and effectiveness across all finance operations.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders including regulators, Trustee, investors, JV partners, banks, auditors and other relevant professionals.

Oversee financial and regulatory reporting, treasury management, internal controls, risk management, tax and audit.

Provide or coordinate technical accounting, tax and treasury advice.

Manage internal and external reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness of financial and non-financial reporting to achieve regulatory and business outcomes.

Preparation of quarterly cash flow reporting, manage quarterly distributions and foreign exchange conversion process for distributions, acquisitions and disposals of investments.

Coordinate and prepare external debt financial covenants and information packages for lending banks.

Collate and provide any investor reporting as required.

Monitor liquidity and cash management for investments.

This role will also manage and lead direct reports, providing coaching and support to develop finance capabilities. Creating a high performing team with strong morale, you will ensure that individuals can achieve their highest potential through implementation of appropriate development and succession plans.

Key requirements include:

Relevant tertiary qualifications, technical post tertiary qualifications which may include CA, CPA or CFA qualifications

Capital Markets Licenced Representative, or to complete upon appointment

At least 5 years of experience relevant to REIT management

At least 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
