Supporting the Deputy Director of QRM you will working with Manager and Assistant Manager to provide assistance and follow-up on initiatives and programs related to Quality, Patient Safety and Risk Management within GQCG and across NHG institutions.
Your primary role would involve working with the NHG Enhancing Safety Together (NEST) team to provide project and administrative support for the NHG Harm Reduction Collaborative. This would include coordination of suitable meeting dates, booking of event venues, registration of participants, preparing and packing of logistics, and preparing and maintaining IT tools for the Collaborative. You will be able to develop your skills in managing multiple stakeholders, optimise event management processes, learn how to use IT tools effectively and experience a multi-institution quality improvement collaborative first hand.
You are also expected to provide assistance, follow-up on initiatives and programs related to Quality, Patient Safety and Risk Management within QRM and across NHG Institutions, and to assist the Assistant Manager to prepare relevant patient safety related reports with proposal and recommendation for discussion at leadership meeting (e.g. Quality Directors meetings, Clinical Board meetings, etc) Other additional functions include assisting in other departmental activities such as Quality Day event, Secretariat for ad-hoc workgroups, identify opportunities to collaborate with internal and external partners for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety related matters.
