This position will be responsible for building and leading the executive search group in the Asia/Pac region. There will be significant support from the UK and US teams, but this candidate will be the first hire for the group in Singapore and front facing to clients and candidates in the market. The expectation is that the region is built into a more strategic and revenue generating part of the global Executive Search team.
- Help to build the brand awareness of CAA Executive Search in the region
- Develop business with clients in the region
- Build out a business development pipeline in the region
- Deliver on search assignments in the region
- Communicate with the broader global team on assignments where expertise can be shared
- Execute on introductions made to executives in the region
- Help to build out the business strategy in the region
- Support the Global Search group
- Experience in the Asia/Pac market
- Experience in recruitment in the region
- 6-12 Years Experience
- A knowledge/understanding of the sports/media/entertainment market preferred
- Experience developing business with sports/media/entertainment companies in the region preferred
