Key Responisibilities:
Daily rollover of loans :

• ATM reconciliation for ATM cash replenishment and switch reports.
• Nostro reconciliation including Mastercard ATM/POS transactions and VISA ATM transactions.
• Preparation of voucher and posting of entries for ATM cash replenishment, Nostro settlement accounts and cash withdrawal from MAS.
• Settlement of ATM/POS dispute claims and chargeback requests.
• Recording of all ATM and POS claims received in the ATM/POS dispute register.
• Monthly compiling of MasterCard USD charges from billing data received and posting of entry by debit to GST Paid account.
• Monitoring of ATM suspense and sundry deposits account regularly.
• Investigation of entries in suspense and sundry deposits account and ensure timely reversal of entries.
• Checking of unreconciled transactions in MasterCard ,VISA,SB group reconciliation of reports.
• Checking for International POS transactions not claimed by MasterCard on a monthly basis and refunding to customers after 3 months.
• Monthly reporting of ATM , POS and VISA commission and charges.
• Monthly reporting of entries in ATM suspense, ATM sundry deposits and Branch suspense accounts.
• Reporting of all ATM and POS dispute claims received every 3 months.
• Filing of all reports and vouchers.
• Any other work assigned by AVP/COO in case of operational needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Related work experience in reconciliation and reporting is desired.
• Working knowledge of excel based tools is desired.
• Ability to liase with different banks and departments for claim settlement in disputed transaction.
