Assist in implementing and executing the marketing and sales strategies and plans, to promote the centre and to increase/maximise occupancy/revenue, including all marketing, advertising, promotion, sales, public relations, publicity and related activities
Handle enquiries and conduct viewings/site inspections, generate and follow up sales leads, up to sales closure and preparation of full documentation/licence agreements
Create and maintain customer databases
Monitor and research on market trends and competitors
Client Management
Assist in handing over and taking over of premises when licensees/users move in and move out
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, to achieve high customer satisfaction and client retention
Handle clients\xe2\x80\x99 requests in a prompt, timely and professional manner
Deal with clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints to a satisfactory resolution
Assist in monitoring licence expiry dates and engage clients early for renewals
Operations
First point of contact for the centre, meeting and greeting all visitors and customers
Serve teas and coffees upon request by customers
Ensure the centre is clean, orderly and well-maintained
Regularly inspect the centre and arrange for repairs/maintenance works when necessary
Routinely conduct inventory checks on office and pantry supplies and requisite when necessary
Administration
Assist to set up new users\xe2\x80\x99 accounts
Assist in monthly billing and client invoicing
Carry out administrative and clerical duties for the centre and for clients as required which may include filing, photocopying, laminating, faxing, mail handling
Assist to manage suppliers/vendors by monitoring contract expiry dates and assist in the procurement or renewal of contracts
Assist in debt management to recover arrears from clients in a timely manner
Ad Hoc
Perform ad-hoc assignments, such as assisting in the development of new centres and/or other initiatives
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your supervisor or Head of Unit from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated team player with pleasant personality, positive working attitude and determination to learn, achieve and excel
Candidates with experience in customer service or contact centre will have an added advantage
Must be prepared to work on weekends and/or public holidays, when required
