Job Description


Job Summary

  • Single point of contact for all customer inquiries – underwriting, claims and general enquiries
  • Assist producers and customers with renewals, quotations, endorsements or other underwriting functions within authority limits
  • Resolving all in scope enquiries and appropriate escalation when required o Meeting Service levels and KPIs defined by the Company
  • Reply to email inquiries for motor insurance and other general insurance policies
  • Provide motor policy quotation from requests by Agents, customers received via e-portal, emails, internal stakeholders
  • Attend to walk-in Agents/Customers
  • Administrative work related to NCD verification
  • Be the subject matter expert to work with IT team to streamline existing processes / platforms used
  • Any other tasks assigned
Role Requirements
  • Diploma and above
  • Writes well and speaks fluently in English, Mandarin
  • 1-2 years work experience in insurance industry, in particular motor insurance
  • Familiar with MS Office - Team player, willingness to learn, positive mindset
