Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks * Deploy organisation\'s procurement activities based on established product specifications and customer needs as part of company\'s supply chain operations in accordance to company\'s ESG guidelines and policies.

• Adopt selection processes and evaluation criteria with suppliers to ensure fair competition as part of company\'s supply chain operations.
• Prepare for and administer tender requirements and liaise with Quality Assurance and Warehouse for inputs as part of company\'s supply chain operations.
• Perform inventory planning, tracking, and scheduling of stock movements and replenishment of inventory levels to ensure optimal inventory holdings as part of company\'s supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance departments to setup systems to facilitate payment and collection processes.
• Address customer dissatisfaction of products, service standards while working with relevant parties to resolve issues in support of company\'s supply chain operations.
• Maintain records and documentation of customer engagements on company\'s ESG policies (sustainable procurement policies etc) in support of company\'s supply chain operations.
• Assist in the review of work processes and procedures using data analytics to provide data-driven insights for the planning of continuous work improvement activities.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Procurement /Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent certifications. (Or equivalent professional qualifications) (with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and purchasing will be preferred)
• Diploma (with minimum relevant working experience in procurement and purchasing of 7 years)
• Singaporean only
