Date: 15-Mar-2023 Location: ARTS & SOC SC, Kent Ridge Campus, SG Company: National University of Singapore
- To manage the self-funded MA by Coursework in English Language and Linguistics; and Literary Studies; and Theatre and Performance;
- To manage administrative functions together with another Manager in curriculum planning, course registrations for graduate and undergraduate programmes
- To manage outreach and engagement programmes for the department
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :\xe2\x80\x93
- To assist with administrative tasks relating to the undergraduate and graduate programmes:
- Timetable planning
- Module registration
- Assessment and examination matters
- Curriculum planning and changes
- Outreach, publicity and departmental events
- Secretarial support such as meeting minutes and logistics
- Undertake other administrative duties related to the programmes if needed.
Qualifications
- Minimally a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a reputable institution
- Analytical, meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Have some familiarity with content creation and promotion through social media to promote outreach activities
- Possess excellent interpersonal and English language communication (oral and written) skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
