Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate activities in patient safety and quality (e.g. patient safety and quality improvement leadership walk rounds)
  • Supports the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management programme
  • Assist in the management and analysis of clinical incidents, medication errors and near misses
  • Assist in identification, development and monitoring of clinical quality indicators, clinical pathways and guidelines
  • Support the implementation of the Ensure Safer System Programme
  • Assist in the functions of the department as assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements

Requirements
  • Experience in patient safety and clinical quality, accreditation, risk management and/or quality improvement in healthcare would be an advantage
  • Clinical qualification would be an advantage
  • Keen interest in healthcare administration or patient safety, quality and risk management in healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications basic statistics
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and under pressure
  • Positive work attitude
