Job Description


Reporting to the Senior Management (CEO and HR Director), the successful candidate will be required to providing and execution of full spectrum of secretarial and personal assistant duties and responsibilities.

His / her nature of duties requires this person to be able to work independently, coupled with the ability to multi-tasking, problem-solving, hstrong communication, and follow-up skills.

(non-exhaustive):


  • Manage the calendars for the Senior Management
  • Ensure appointment reminders are made in timely manner and all participants informed
  • Draft, review, and prepare for all meetings, including gathering of documents and minutes-taking
  • Assist to chair meetings in the absence of the Chairperson
  • Follow-up on all pending matters on behalf of the Senior Management and ensure prompt updates and closure.
  • Attending to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Senior Management.
  • Assist in coordinate on travel arrangements, make booking and amendments promptly
  • Maintain various reports and documents for Company\xe2\x80\x99s management
  • Communicate with personal driver to arrange transportation for Senior Management
  • Assist to tabulate performance records and drive performance through active communication with relevant personnel
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must be able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Independent, fast learner with the desire to improve and innovate to meet the high demands of this dynamic role
  • Good analytical, coordination, accurate, meticulous, ability to multi-tasking, strong listening, and follow-up skills are mandatory to succeed in this role
  • Must have experience in travel arrangement (business and personal) in terms of visa, airport transfer (including Limo booking, not just hotel\'s), flight and hotel booking in accordance to the specific requirements
  • Enjoys seeking problems and actively devising solutions to resolve it
  • Must be prepared to work during odd hours / weekends / public holiday when needed to assist / resolve issues, especially when the Senior Management is out of town
  • Minimum Diploma with 3 years relevant working experience preferred

Work Location: Orchard Road (sheltered walkway from MRT) 5-days Work Week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm)
