The Role
- Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) documents for the department
- Support the department with data analysis and reporting
- Coordinate and execute workplace safety and data protection initiatives for the organization
- Support the reporting manager in other administrative duties
Key accountabilities
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to draft and review SOP and WI documents in a clear and organized manner
- Generate data reports for tracking of relevant business indicators, and perform data analysis for other requests
- Coordinate and perform workplace safety audits and follow up on required actions
- Plan and implement data protection initiatives to uphold standards and raise awareness
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree holder, with minimum 2 years working experience
- Experience in healthcare administration is preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, able to perform moderate to difficult functions and analyses
- Knowledge of Power Query/BI is an added advantage
- Prior knowledge or experience in workplace safety (e.g. Bizsafe) and data protection is an advantage
