DESIGNATION : Executive / Senior Executive (Products & Inventory Support)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the fresh inventory team to perform day-to-day operational tasks
• Responsible for providing support for festive campaigns, collaborating with warehouses and devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures to improve on the existing systems and processes
• Prepare monthly journal and reports, co-ordinate monthly/ yearly stock take and advance ordering schedules for public holidays
• Perform stock take reconciliation and ensure that discrepancy is closed and addressed
• Other projects, assignments and ad-hoc tasks may be assigned from time to time

• Degree (or diploma with at least 5 years of relevant working experience) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience in inventory management
• Goods knowledge in SAP (MM)
• Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel proficiently
• Ability to run reports, effectively present information and respond to questions
• Strong leadership skill
• Reliable, trustworthy and with good working attitude
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
