Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To guide and assist a group of students and be the designated point of contact for them in all aspects of their studies and other related areas in JCU Singapore both administrative and non-administrative matters.
- Work closely with departments that have an impact on the students life during his/her course of studies:
- Finance & Purchasing
- Learning Centre
- Admissions, Academic Services & Progressions
- Student Recruitment
- Administration &Facilities
- Information,Communication & Technology
- Attendance Management.
- Ensure short turnaround time on required coordination for seamless delivery
- Liaise with external agencies as relevant.
- Receive and process student payments.
- A basic degree or diploma with at least two (2) years sales & customer services related working experience.
- Proven sales / customer services track record
- Good organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy / eye for details
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and work productively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and work in a changing environment and maintain a positive and professional approach to work
Annual Remuneration: SGD 30,000 - SGD 50,000
