To guide and assist a group of students and be the designated point of contact for them in all aspects of their studies and other related areas in JCU Singapore both administrative and non-administrative matters.

Finance & Purchasing
Learning Centre
Admissions, Academic Services & Progressions
Student Recruitment
Administration &Facilities
Information,Communication & Technology
Attendance Management.
Ensure short turnaround time on required coordination for seamless delivery
Liaise with external agencies as relevant.
Receive and process student payments.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCES
A basic degree or diploma with at least two (2) years sales & customer services related working experience.
Proven sales / customer services track record
Good organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines
High level of accuracy / eye for details
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and work productively as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and work in a changing environment and maintain a positive and professional approach to work
