JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To guide and assist a group of students and be the designated point of contact for them in all aspects of their studies and other related areas in JCU Singapore both administrative and non-administrative matters.
  • Work closely with departments that have an impact on the students life during his/her course of studies:
  • Finance & Purchasing
  • Learning Centre
  • Admissions, Academic Services & Progressions
  • Student Recruitment
  • Administration &Facilities
  • Information,Communication & Technology
  • Attendance Management.
  • Ensure short turnaround time on required coordination for seamless delivery
  • Liaise with external agencies as relevant.
  • Receive and process student payments.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCES
  • A basic degree or diploma with at least two (2) years sales & customer services related working experience.
  • Proven sales / customer services track record
  • Good organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy / eye for details
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and work productively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and work in a changing environment and maintain a positive and professional approach to work
