The job holder is responsible for performing a range of operational activities relating to Work Pass applications to ensure that Work Pass applications are recorded and processed according to policies and within service level benchmarksWhat you will be working on:

• Record application details and documentation into Work Pass system \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform document verification checks for escalated cases \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform search and assignment of Foreign Identification Number (FIN) and other foreigner identifier numbers for applicants, and amendment of applicants\' personal details \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with customers for clarifications pertaining to applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Report system defects to IT departments and perform necessary follow-up actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify areas for process improvements and raise to supervisors for review \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle enquiries on Work Pass application matters that are escalated from MOM customer touchpoints (e.g Contact Centre and Counter Services). \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during system enhancements

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary Qualification in any field \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in service delivery management or regulatory case processing \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable in using digital systems/programmes for daily operational work \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and detail oriented * PWDs are welcome to apply
