What the role is
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.
We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s built environment. Responsibilities:
- You will be part of a team that drives DfMA adoption, especially in the areas of prefab MEP adoption.
- You will work with industry stakeholders, including developers, engineers, and specialist M&E contractors/suppliers, in providing technical advice on prefab MEP applications and developing the prefab MEP supply ecosystem and related industry capabilities.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or other relevant programmes with at least 3 years of related experience in the engineering consultancy firm.
- Analytical, strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a member of a team.
