Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures the safety of employees and personnel, equipment, properties, and facilities and uses safe work methods and procedures in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards
- Areas of responsibility are facilities management, bio-medical equipment, safety management and emergency preparedness
- Handles construction, design, repair, improvement and maintenance of facilities of the hospital
- Manages facilities and oversees the 5S methodology implementation in the facilities
- Manages and conducts routine/regular preventive maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment
- Ensures the performance of corrective maintenance
- Oversees asset accountability of all employees
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Preferably Licensed Engineer
- With work experience in Operation & Maintenance management of Medical/hospital facilities, office building, ...etc
- Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and central HVAC systems including centrifugal an absorption chillers
- F&M Head must have: - interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills; - procurement and negotiation skills; - project management skills
- Experience in the following area/s is an advantage: administration; building; business; construction; engineering; management.
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
