Job Description

• Plans, organizes and directs the operations of the General Services Department (GSD). Provides variety of support functions to LGC Departments and Affiliates.
• Recommends enhancements, modifications, and implementations of new operational and administrative policies and procedures.
• Institutionalizes implements and continuously improve all Upkeep, Safety, and Engineering Maintenance in order to prevent and avoid company's exposure to unnecessary expenses and unwanted Damage to People,
• Responsible in the day to day property/facilities management of the company which involves contracting and project management, as well as maintenance, structural and infrastructure projects, space planning, office renovations, inspecting and providing full property/facilities management services for all LausGroup properties.
• Supervises the checking and monitoring of the physical condition, general upkeep, safety and cleanliness of the building, its surroundings and its facilities.
• Ensures that all established maintenance programs and schedules are being done in accordance with the company and national fire and safety standards.
• Monitors compliance with quality, safety and sanitation standards.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical/Civil/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• With at least 10 years working experience in building and equipment maintenance.
• With at least 5 years of specialized experience as working leader.
• Possesses a valid driver's license.
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Facilities/Building Maintenance and Management: 10 years (Preferred)
