Job Description
- Working Days: 5.5 Days (Monday - Saturday)
- Working Hours: 8am - 6pm / 8am - 12pm
- Office: Orchard
- Salary: $ 2500 - $ 3000
- Ensure the safety equipment are recorded and labelled in both campus and hostel
- Carry out any repair and maintenance both at school and hostel, such as school equipment / gym / cafe / lab
- In-charge of the procurement function related to Facilities
- Ensure compliance of policies and procedures and other regulatory requirements
- Provide transportation service for students ( hostel to airport, hostel to school, and vice-versa )
- Arrangement of tables and chairs for school events and exams
- Assembling of new school furniture
- Touch up painting works
- Regular checks for pest in school
- Assist in conduct of fire drill and renewal of fire extinguishers
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties or project as assigned by Management
- Possess a class 3 driving license to do airport pickup / hostel transport / CCA / ICA visit / sata visit
- Willing to work occasional shift work / OT which will be reimbursed with either time-off or monetary compensation
- Ideally possess some basic repair / technical knowledge
- Fire safety manager certificate is advantageous
