The facilities Coordinator (Hard Services) will oversee the coordination andmanagement of all physical aspects of our facilities in Client Singapore offices.This includes overseeing maintenance and repairs of our physical assets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The facilities coordinator is
responsible to coordinate with external contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of facility-related issues.Detailed Work scope

• Daily office space maintenance, which include but not limiting to routine inspection of all office systems such as ACMV, plumbing, Mechanical & Engineering (M&E), fire safety systems, equipment, lighting, access card readers, CCTV and electrical
• Timely response and resolution to all facility-related issues and requests, such as air-conditioning troubleshooting or extension, workstations, Audio-visual, lightings, plumbing etc.
• Proactive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal functioning for all facilities assets (e.g. air-conditioning, doors, CCTV etc)
• Manage and assist in any alteration and addition (A&A) works in the office space, and facilitate with approvals from Building Management Office (BMO), if required.
• Maintain key inventory and records of storage space.
• Keep inventory of facilities spare parts and facilitate end-to-end procurement of facilities services and goods.
• Ensure compliance and conduct of risk assessments to address the safety and health risks in the workplace.
• Facilitate office moves or restack, including coordination with movers and ensuring employee\xe2\x80\x99s smooth transition to new workstation.
• Manage proper shutdown of all physical assets during the Building Power Shutdown
• Keep updated records on fixed asset tracking
