Job Objectives: To provide administrative support to the office of the Church and ensure proper maintenance of Church premises and facilities.
Job Responsibilities
Provide admin support to the Church and Church special events including Baptism Service, Deacons\xe2\x80\x99 Election, Annual General Meeting / Extra Ordinary General Meetings (AGM/EGM).
Handle daily emails under enquiry and gsccc accounts and correspondence
Manage the pigeon holes on 1st Floor and handover of cabinet keys & door keys/cards for the incoming and outgoing deacons, staff and church ministries
Replenish Supplies for the Church operation.
Assist together with admin staff in printing and distribution of Church special documents e.g. Church Constitutions and related materials, promotion posters
Administer the disposal of recyclable papers and newspapers
Arrange parking lots for Church Pastors or outside speakers on Sundays or other special events
Administer the room booking, membership database system and the mobile app.
Conduct regular check-up on the church premises and facilities.
Schedule preventive maintenance, pest control and security management through our appointed sub-contractor.
Job Requirements
Possess a diploma in Facilities Management or engineering
Proficient and bilingual
Proficient in MS office applications including Excel and Powerpoint
Working experience in contract management, building management or Fire and Safety would be an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Good planning and organizational skills
Multitasking, initiative and hardworking
Able to work on weekends
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Able to start work immediately/within short notice
