Operations lead with over 10 years of experience in managing Soft Services and operations (Cleaning, landscaping etc). The candidate will be responsible for exploring innovative cleaning techniques to improve cleaner productivity.

Responsibilities:

Conduct site walks and identify gaps in the cleaning process, and drive performance from both vendors and site team

Conduct cleaning audits and provide operational analysis to identify areas of improvement

Ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and procedures, and implement corrective actions where necessary

Conduct training for new hires, and retraining for existing staff to ensure they adhere to standard operating procedures

Manage procurement of housekeeping supplies and manage inventory levels

Ensure a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of the building

Implement sustainable waste management practices to ensure waste reduction and proper disposal

Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and encourage their professional development

Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, client stakeholders, tenant stakeholders and vendors to ensure a seamless delivery of services

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the quality-of-service delivery and optimize costs

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Facilities Manager/Operations Manager or in a similar role

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Certifications on soft services / cleaning is a plus.
