$8500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Responsible for relationship management with Managers in Primary Care Division to ensure infrastructure and services support the full range of business operations to meet the enterprise needs aligned and balanced against local business needs.
• Ensure local delivery of all facilities and services at the various locations, ensuring cost, quality and compliance metrics are achieved by key contract partners.
• Be the main point of contact for the interface with executive managers of key contract partners to ensure appropriate governance and service delivery.
• To be responsible for the designated service delivery and its ongoing development across the relevant sites.
• To establish and develop key relationships with HQ managers and the appointed service providers to enable successful delivery of cost savings and service level agreements at the various sites.
• To be responsible for the local contract governance and delivery to ensure value and efficiencies at the various sites
• Identify and/or support the successful delivery of all capital projects across expanded sites or infrastructure, business driven, or workplace initiatives by means of third-party resources.
• Ensure uninterrupted delivery of all facility operations to the business through internal and contract resources.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Building & Construction / maintenance experience is a plus.
• Possess a Class 3 License.
