Facilities Manager

So what does a Facilities Manager really do? Think of yourself as a master protector, so not everyone can qualify for this role. We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch.

Now we need your full concentration because it's time to imagine what it's like being a Facilities Manager.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you'll be supervising and managing the company's perimeter and facilities. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will also manage and supervise an all-star personnel that includes receptionists, security guards, janitorial agencies, and maintenance.

As a Facilities Manager, you will also be ensuring the safety of TaskUs employees by providing a secure and hazard-free working environment for everyone. You will also put on the shoes of a Quality Inspector wherein you will make sure that our workplace remains in tip-top shape. You'll call out renovations, repairs, and maintenance if need be.

So, do you have what it takes to become a Facilities Manager?

Requirements:

So what is it we're looking for? Since this is a manager post, we need someone with the experience to even call themselves as one - so if you're someone with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in Facilities and Building management then you're in!

What else? Well, if you hold an Industrial Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering Degrees (or something related to this), then you can qualify for the role. It's also important that you will be able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, you have outstanding verbal and written communication, and have a ridiculously awesome attitude to blend well with the TaskUs culture.
