Job Title: Facilities Manager Department: Operations Accountability: Operations Manager Salary: Up to $4500 Working Hours: 44 hours a week

Description of Job Responsibilities: 1. Monitor outsource and lead in-house team in cleaning and maintenance facility management of the Dormitory. 2. Conduct monthly Facilities Management Review with service partners/vendors to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement. 3. Ensure efficiency of facilities management in cleaning services, pest control, waste management, landscaping, water services, electrical and fire services, etc. 4. Investigate, develop, and implement solutions, trouble shoot on day-to-day operational problems of facilities and building. 5. Reviews work orders/service report to ensure that order/service are completed. 6. To focus on growth and development and must take the time to train his staff members and provide professional development to improve the technical skill, environmental safety, and operational functionality of the entire facilities department. 7. Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the facilities. 8. All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time. 9. Assist Operations Manager / Directors as and when it is required.

Requirements: 1. Diploma in Facilities Management or higher discipline. 2. With 3 to 5 years’ experience in the same or related industry. 3. Must be able to navigate individual employee means, design weekly schedules, delegate jobs and tasks. 4. Able to communicate with all levels, including foreign workers
