Job Responsibilities: To lead a team of Facilities Engineers and appointed vendors, to carry out regular maintenance testing and part replacement. To hold periodic and ad-hoc meetings with Customer DC Facility Manager to address all operational issues related to DC Facility. To analyse and report ad-hoc facilities incidents and regular alarm log. To ensure safety and security management are carried out during operation. To ensure all operation activities are done according to the established SOPs and service management agreement. To initiate system / installation enhancement works with customer. Report to and front customer on all matters related to DC facilities. To be responsible for the planning and supervision of all on-going operational and maintenance activities of the DC facilities to ensure the quality of service delivered to customer. To track and renew all maintenance contracts within stipulated time. To ensure all Facilities Engineers deployed to this contract are equipped with the required competency level.Job Requirements: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience. Technical hands-on experience and knowledge in DC M&E system, is preferred. Experience in Tier III or above DC facility services including mechanical (cooling), electrical, fire protection, environment monitoring and security. Experience in Project Management, DC Facility Management and DC Operation Management. Understand DC service level Agreement. Good communication skills and positive mindset. Be safety conscious.
