Major Responsibilities
Leadership / Staff Management

  • Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success
  • Proactively manage the Site Team, act as a coach and mentor
  • Develop the team through performance assessments and training, managing staff workload through correct resourcing and developing a succession plan for key team members and on-site Vendors
Duties and Responsibilities

Client Engagement
  • create a fun and impactful client engagement strategy
  • engage with all employees and key stakeholders
  • imbed in the FM team a culture of empowerment, engagement and fulfilment
  • monitor and develop procedures to ensure client's expectations are conveyed and worked upon
  • pro-actively develop and manage Client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved
  • deliver an exceptional quality of service to the Client, as reflected by Client feedback
Communication
  • liaison with JLL team and client on soft service and hard service delivery
  • create, manage JLL profile within the client account
  • champion monthly meetings with GWS lead to enhance relationships
Health & Safety Management
  • Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
Risk Management
  • Assist in the implementation and management of a risk management program
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
  • Adhere to JLL's business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines, procedures and strategies
Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Manage multiple vendors using hard and soft skills to deliver services on time and within budget
  • Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL's procurement best practices
Contracts Management
  • Ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered at the right cost and in line with the JLL Code of Ethics
  • Monitor expiry of contracts and initiate re-procurement if needed
  • Continually assess contracts to ensure best value delivered to the client
Finance Management
  • Ensure that the site's financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements
  • Assist and monitor financial processes to ensure account payable procedures are followed at all times
Candidate Specification
Required Experience and Qualification
  • Degree/Diploma in building, Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Management or equivalent with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of Computer Room Air-conditioning, Fire Protection System, Electrical system, Security System.
  • Sound working knowledge of Financial & Management Reporting
  • Candidates who have experience in managing corporate offices will have an advantage
  • Service minded oriented and driven to success personality
  • Strong communications and customer focus skills with the ability to interface and relate to the different stakeholders in the organization
  • Confident, friendly & engaging
  • Strong drive and persistence to achieve results
  • Creative thinking with an open mind that is balanced by a strong sense of realism and practicality
