$5K+ AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: East
Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments pertaining to maintenance, ensuring all equipment and facilities on sites are well maintained.
• Sourcing for vendors and contractors to carry out renovation and repair work with effective contractor management skill and to be able to facilitate good negotiation on cost.
• Regular checking and audit on the maintenance work carried out by the maintenance team. Implementing and set up a standard operating procedure of listing inventories and tracking all maintenance service work carried out by the team while setting reasonable timeline to align with business\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
• Oversee fire safety and workplace safety matters, pertaining to infrastructure facilities.
• Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly and being compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Be part of the energy usage management including sustainability management.
• Always providing emergency responses, if required by clubs and/or office.
• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance related reports to Club Managers and management if required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Building facilities & maintenance / Facility experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
