Role Description This role reports to the Operations Director. The Facilities Manager\'s role is to work with the director and relevant team members to upkeep and improve the operations and conditions of the company\'s portfolio properties.
Specific Responsibilities
Manage a team of housekeepers and other ground staff to maintain the physical condition and cleanliness of the company\'s properties
Engage and supervise contractors to perform maintenance work on the property as needed
Plan and implement facilities and management tasks to ensure resident/tenant satisfaction with the property
Respond to reports about issues with the properties and rectify them
Education Qualfiications Required for the Traineeship Role NITEC Diploma / Polytechnic Diploma / Degree and above
Salary 2,800 to 3,200 SGD
