Maintenance of Aircon System
Maintenance of Solar Panels
Mechanical and Electrical Services
Fire Safety Equipment
Water dispenser and Hot Drinks Machines
PABX / PBX System
AED
Lightning Warning System
Pest Control
Supply and Maintenance of office plants
Floor Mats
Workplace Safety and Health Officers
Source, evaluate and procure Facilities and Corporate Services related items such as the following:
Office equipment and furniture
Telecom Services
Electricity Supplies
Facilities Services (i.e. Equipment Maintenance, Pest Control)
Corporate Insurances
Corporate Hotels arrangement
Corporate Airlines and ticketing agent
Any other related Goods & Services
Provide General Administration Support on the following:
Season carpark
Process invoice payment to vendors
Monthly submission of Payroll Transaction Form
Manage Event Halls and C & C Meeting Room Bookings
Fixed Assets (i.e. sighting, disposal)
Requirements :
General diploma preferably in Facilities Management or Building Services with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work as a team player and independently, pro-active and results oriented.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Knowledge of workplace, safety and health
Good interpersonal skills, effective communicator, fluency in English both oral and written.
