Plan, allocate and set up facilities spaces such as functions rooms and lounges according to requirements
Set up and oversee audio-visual (AV) requirements for courses and events
Prepare consolidated facilities booking schedule for relevant departments to have a common understanding and overview of ongoing and upcoming courses and events
Coordinate and administer rental of function rooms to external stakeholders
Assist with the day-to-day operations, renewal of licenses and permits, and maintenance of the building, electrical and mechanical facilities and all other matters related to the maintenance management of the building
Assist the Head of the Department with management reporting, including consolidation and preparation of monthly rooms utilisation report for internal charging
Process invoices for payment to vendors and contractors
Ensure members\xe2\x80\x99 feedback is communicated and acted upon internally
Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, operations or a similar role
Good working attitude and able to work under minimum supervision
A team player with good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisation skills
Proactive, keen learner and customer-oriented
Able to work under pressure and beyond regular hours when required
Working knowledge of various audio-visual equipment and course delivery equipment, including lighting and fixtures, is a plus point
