SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Identifies labor, materials and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints specifications and related documents
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements
• Provide consultation on planning (schedules, manpower needs etc.)
• Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.) Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other venues
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services to our clients.
• Design of car park indicating circulation patterns, space layout, parking access/ revenue control equipment placement, signage's, security design features as well as lighting and power system.
• Submit Gantt Charts and construction and cost progress reports.

• Timely completion of assigned project
• Constant follow through of project and its progress
• Proper Costing Analysis and Preparation of project core activities. Proper managing and directing laborers and its productivity.

QUALIFICATIONMust be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineer (Civil Engineer) or Architectural graduate. With minimum exposure and experience of one (1) year in the same field.Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 monthsSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
