About the job:

• Assist Facility Manager on the day to day operation of the asset (e.g pest control, housekeeping, landscaping, waste management & security etc)
• Supervise and ensuring safe, smooth and effective operation of the asset
• Supervise and manage internal team and service provider in fulfilling their contract’s obligation
• Ensure the adherence of all procedures and guidelines for works in the premise
• Assist building improvement/ A&A/ defect rectification/ renovation & reinstatement works
• Source for comparative vendors/ contractors to carry out asset maintenance or repair works
• Conduct daily safety inspections
• Risk management and assessment
• Liaise with the authorities e.g NEA, BCA, LTA, URA etc
• Assist in tender documents, interviews & awarding process
• Follow up with both internal and external parties for submission of necessary documents
• Prepare and submit periodic reports and duty roster timely
• Attending to shoppers, tenants and stakeholders’ request
• Any other tasks as assigned Key Relationships Both internal and external stakeholders not limited to the following:
• Team members across all functions and locations
• Shoppers, tenants, owners, contractors, suppliers and council members
  

About you :

• Mnimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Levels/ Nitec & Above
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in similar function
• Knowledge of MCST is preferred
• Experience in mixed- development (retail & office) operation is advantagous

Benifits:

• 6 working day

(Shift 1 – 7.30am to 3.30pm Shift 2 – 10.30am to 6.00pm Shift 3 – 2.30pm to 10.30pm )

• Salary: $2,800 ~ $4,000
• Annual Leave: 18 days
• Working location: Parkway Parade
