Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Report all Facilities issues on site to Senior Manager, Facilities Management.
- Responds to requests and feedbacks from clients.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure building maintenance / repair works are properly executed.
- Plan the duty roster of the cleaners and conduct routine check on cleaning standard.
- Monitor cleaner work scope and performance on sites.
- Carry out weekly inspection with checklist on site on the cleaning services provided.
- Resource planning such as manpower deployment, procurement of tools and equipment before commencement of contract.
- To keep track the quantity of usage of cleaning equipment & toiletries on site.
- Any other ad-hor assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Meticulous, fast learner, initiative and able multi-task.
- Results oriented and able to work independently.
