Job Responsibilities: Report all Facilities issues on site to Senior Manager, Facilities Management. Responds to requests and feedbacks from clients. Liaise with contractors to ensure building maintenance / repair works are properly executed. Plan the duty roster of the cleaners and conduct routine check on cleaning standard. Monitor cleaner work scope and performance on sites. Carry out weekly inspection with checklist on site on the cleaning services provided. Resource planning such as manpower deployment, procurement of tools and equipment before commencement of contract. To keep track the quantity of usage of cleaning equipment & toiletries on site. Any other ad-hor assigned.Job Requirements Minimum Degree. Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Meticulous, fast learner, initiative and able multi-task. Results oriented and able to work independently.
