Description of Job: 1. Coordinate between contractors, clients and team members 2. Upkeep the maintenance of equipment and supplies, as well as the network access & system 3. Oversee security of buildings and properties of the organization 4. Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work 5. Assist with checking installation and servicing of equipment 6. Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly. 7. Plan and managing the budget on stock and parts 8. Ensure the compliance of law & regulations 9. Regularly check , organise and control the IT & electronic data operations 10. Periodically file reports on the functioning of the systems
Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or equivalent professional level experience 2. At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions 3. Strong procurement and negotiation skills 4. Knowledge of technical management , hardware & software systems 5. Fluent in Japanese Language
