Tenancy Works Oversight: Ensure that all tenancy works for new tenants and outgoing tenants align with tenancy design criteria and house rules.
Handover and Reinstatement: Prepare handover and reinstatement conditions for both new and outgoing tenants to ensure the delivery of compliant units.
Design and Plan Vetting: Vet and approve designs and plans submitted by tenants and their contractors. | Manage tenant queries and requests and recommend final shop designs for RO (Retail Operations) approval.
Unit Reconfiguration Studies: Conduct exploration studies for unit reconfiguration to optimize leasing opportunities.
Deposit Management: Take responsibility for the collection and refund of fitting-out/security deposits.
Reinstatement and Tenancy Works: Oversee reinstatement works, as well as amalgamation and sub-division tenancy projects.
Documentation and Filing: Ensure proper documentation and meticulous filing of processes within each tenant\'s fit-out folder.
Retail Lease Compliance: Maintain compliance with the Code of Conduct for retail leases, including providing final surveyed areas and verifying agreed capital expenditure.
Improvement Initiatives: Review and conceptualize improvements, including space planning, signage, common area design, visual merchandising for unleased shopfronts, hoardings, and best practice design details.
