For the position posted / you are applying for
You will be trained in both FOH & BOH to prepare you for the next level.
Basic duties involved.
Prepare restaurant for dinning service.
This includes setting up tables and ensuring general cleanliness of the restaurant.
Ensure table setting are all in order / Table Arrangement / Reservation for the day / ITEM 86.
Ensuring that table setting and comply with company requirement / SOP.
Ensuring that side Station are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery or others operation needs.
Other administrative duties include:
Ensure sufficient take away container & disposable item, Utensils & Side ware are in order and ordering of stock.
Checking of low running stock and order according
Ensure adherence to and maintenance of the highest possible standards of personal hygiene and dressing.
Schedule manpower planning / updating of COG / updating of sales report and other administrative operation paper works.
Receive guests upon their arrival and seat them accordingly.
Take and process orders of guests from the guests via table servicing.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, in a professional and courteous manner.
Clean tables and ensure that they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed and yet allowing customers to finish their meal without feeling rushed.
Reset tables after used for the next guests.
When guests leave, send them off at the door (Thank you bye bye see you again) and clear used cutlery.
Close restaurant on a rotational basis (Closing House Keeping)
Ensure that all dirty cutlery, plates or linen are cleared before closing.
