Job Description
SCOPE: Responsible for ensuring that both the required profitability and standards are achieved in providing maximum guest satisfaction whilst maximizing sales and controlling expenses in the absence SCOPE: Responsible for ensuring that both the required profitability and standards are achieved in providing maximum guest satisfaction whilst maximizing sales and controlling expenses in the absence of the manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: . Take the restaurant bookings and ensure full and satisfactory service is given . Deal with complaints and to report them to Restaurant Manager . Take and/or ensure all customers orders and requirements are processed efficiently . To strictly observe all safety and hygienic practices as lay down by the hotel, company and statutory authorities. . Worked out a station planning for the staff and conduct daily briefing . Personally assists waiters in service for VIP suites and Presidential suites . Ensure all operating equipment and working area is well kept clean and tidy. . Supervises mise-en-place and checks all trolleys/trays before they leave Room Service . Achieve and maintain set budget . Maintaining strict security standards to avoid damage/theft and controlling breakages.
