Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our service team as Service Staff. As a vital part of our front-of-house operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their meal. Process payments and handle cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
