We are seeking energetic and motivated

F&B Service Crew

to join our team. As part of the service team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain smooth day-to-day operations, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables. Take food and beverage orders accurately and make menu recommendations when needed. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Assist in setting up, clearing, and cleaning tables to maintain a hygienic dining environment. Handle cashiering, including payments, refunds, and issuing receipts. Support the kitchen team by assisting in food preparation and replenishing condiments when required. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area. Work with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements:

Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory (training provided). Outgoing, service-minded, and able to communicate effectively with customers. Strong team player with a positive attitude. Physically fit to handle a fast-paced work environment. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
