Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers politely and professionally, ensuring a pleasant dining experience
- Take and process orders accurately
- Assist with food and beverage service following restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and work areas
- Handle customer requests or inquiries courteously
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is required
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Mandarin or Teochew is a plus)
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
