Location: Positano Risto


Working Hours: 48 working hours per week


Work Days: 5-day work week

Key Responsibilities:




Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service. Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining high service standards. Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Process payments and manage billing accurately. Follow all health and safety regulations.


Requirements:




Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Team player with good communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Basic understanding of Italian cuisine is a plus.
