Oversee day-to-day F&B operations (restaurant, bar, room service, banquets, etc.)
Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
Supervise and train staff (servers, bartenders, runners, etc.)
Manage schedules, attendance, and shift planning
Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation
Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong leadership and people management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
Experience in hospitality or F&B environment (typically 2-3 years)
* Diploma or degree in hospitality management is a plus
