Job Description


Your Impact:

  • Support and execute integrated demand generation campaigns via direct and indirect (Channel) routes to market in the assigned region
  • Plan, coordinate and execute various events, including conferences, trade shows, workshops, webinars, etc.
  • Support all aspects of event (pre, during and post) logistics/activation and oversea on-site event operations
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to create and implement promotion/audience acquisition strategies, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI)
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and events. Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Your Experience:
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Tech B2B marketing, with a strong track record of successful field marketing and event management
  • Strong project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experienced using CRM and project management tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana
  • Great team player, positive and proactive. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English. 2nd language ability in Chinese, Korean or Japanese a plus
