Field Marketing Associate Manager, ContractSummaryThe candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns and events. This role will work closely with marketing managers and the sales team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities. • Research, negotiate and propose venues and event experiences for Field Programs
• Produce various literature, signage, branding elements and more to be used at field events
• Maintain relationships and negotiate favorable contracts with third-party vendors and venues
• Attend and run relevant events
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Submit tickets for cross-functional support surrounding field marketing campaigns
• Track expenses in an organized fashion
• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team
• Build working relationships with ASEAN stakeholders and assist Field Marketing Manager in weekly progress reports

Requirements

• Good written and oral communication skills are important for carrying out field and event marketing responsibilities, as the position requires an aptitude for relationship-building and negotiating.
• Candidates should also possess excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Remaining self-motivated and flexible is also integral to the nature of the work.
• 1 - 2 years prior experience in running events a plus
