These assets are installed at Changi Airport, Jewel Changi Airport, ION Orchard, bus shelters islandwide and so on. The Operations Manager oversees a team of Maintenance Officers (MO) to maintain high assets uptime and is also responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in the display of content on the Company's advertising assets. Outdoor Advertising is a business that never sleeps and therefore this role demands 24/7 operational readiness. This role reports directly to the Head of Operations and Safety. : Supports Head of Operations and Safety in the direct management and supervision of admin and field operations duties Assists in planning, organizing, implementing, and managing the day-to-day operations to ensure reliable performance of advertising assets and equipment Implements preventative and corrective maintenance processes and programs, including troubleshooting and responding to after-hour issues as needed regarding the operational aspects of the assets Ensures that advertising assets and equipment are working properly by performing routine inspections, ensuring a healthy inventory of spares and consumable parts and coordinating with contractors on scheduled repairs Trains and monitors to ensure all personnel are well equipped and have access to the resources they need to do their job effectively Oversees full operations inventory record keeping ensuring accuracy and alignment with Finance, Media and Corp departments Assists in development and implementation of Health and Safety Programs to ensure safe and secure environment for employees and contractors Assists in implementation and reporting of ESG targets achievement and progress Collaborates and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliable performance of advertising assets Requirements: A good Diploma or Degree in the engineering field, preferably electrical engineering Minimum 5 years of proven track record in Operations . Respectable leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels. Organized and meticulous in managing multiple project deadlines as well as daily operational tasks. Certified in MOM Risk Assessment plus Proficiency in Workplace Safety and Health guidelines and policies and all applicable building, sanitary, and electrical code standards
