Role Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a Field Sales Associate. If you love property and don\'t want an office job, then this is the job for you. Your main focus will be to sell rentals within Cove\'s inventory of more than 200+ properties. You will be working closely with the sales manager and inbound sales team to conduct property viewings, answer tenant questions and facilitate their rental with Cove. If you enjoy helping people and working in a high performance sales team, this is the job for you.   • Hit monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Meet activity ratios, such as viewings attended, follow ups etc.
Core Responsibilities:
  • In-charge of B2C inbound customer leads.
  • Responsibilities include, tenant viewings, following up with and answering tenant queries as well as issuing of rental contracts.
  • Tenant contract renewals.
  • Working with estate agents and other providers to facilitate viewings and sales.
Qualifications Required:
Essential
  • Undergraduate degree in any field (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • High drive for results
  • Customer empathy and focus
Prefer
  • Experience in a pre-Series C start-u
  • Prior internships or work in the real estate industry.
