Every minute of every day, our technology and talented team members help to make the world a safer place -The Service Team is located at our Service centre in Changi airport Terminal 2. As a Service Technician, this individual must be team oriented and flexible, and actively seek to share information and assist his peers. Possesses solid communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrates strong electronic repair troubleshooting methodology and maintains at least an intermediate technical level of product knowledge. Applicants will ideally possess some product knowledge in Computed Tomography (CT) as well as Conventional X-Ray. Critical requirements include effective communication skills and a team player. Other critical responsibilities include but not limited to, ensuring the team maintains the standard work procedures while upholding Safety at work as paramount.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities -

  • An advocate for Safety at work.
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting the service level agreement.
  • A positive team player at work especially in challenging situation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Installs, repairs and equipment maintenance.
  • Complete all tasks and documentation assigned by the Service Lead, timely and accurately.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach at work, that includes but not limited to, reviewing of all equipment performances, spare-parts, team performances, work processes, training performances, tools, etc.
  • Other duties as required by the Service Lead.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
  • Support organization\'s objectives and policies.
  • Responsible for all assigned tasks, not limited to installation, training, repair and maintaining the equipment in a timely manner so to achieve the needed customer satisfaction.
  • Review and support the Shift Lead on all equipment issues and performances so to prepare the customer report.
  • Report all tools and test equipment in ensuring they are properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Seeks to provide technical support to customers and other service professionals as required.
  • Support all ad-hoc projects.
  • Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written.
  • Exercises every available measure to control and minimize costs.
  • All other duties assigned by the Shift Lead including oversea projects.

  • Possess excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to multi task several projects at once.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual with unreserved initiative.
  • Possess outstanding telephone skills
  • Physically and mentally fit. Ability to lift item up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Candidate with no color deficiency eye-sight.
  • Independent, self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual with unreserved initiative.
  • Physically and mentally fit. A positive personality with good sense of humor, good sense of urgency, responsible, honest and ready to work together as a team is highly valued and appreciated.
