1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
-Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial modeling and provide insights for CEO\xe2\x80\x99s decision-making.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and review financial plans.
2. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Manage tax filings and ensure timely payment of taxes.
3. Cash Management and Treasury:
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity.
- Oversee cash collection, payment processing, and banking relationships.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage short-term investments.
- Implement effective risk management strategies.
4. Cost Control and Expense Management:
- Review and analyze cost structures, identifying areas for cost reduction.- Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.- Implement cost control measures and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to streamline processes.
5. Financial Systems and Processes:
- Maintain and enhance financial systems and software.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems.
- Streamline financial processes and workflows for efficiency.
- Train and support finance team members on financial systems usage.
6. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
- Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate financial information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
7. Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc.
8. Handling and managing calendar schedules of management, making travel arrangements, booking hotels and conference rooms, arranging for audio-video equipment for the meetings.
9. Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation.
10. Liaisoning with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning.
11. Assisting Admin Executive Head in all day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
-Singaporean or PR
-Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
